Chia Pudding Breakfast

Chia Pudding Breakfast 


I always feel energized after this breakfast and it actually keeps me pretty full until lunch!


What you'll need:

  • 2 table spoons of chia seeds
  • 1/2 milk- You can use cows milk but I actually find that it's much tastier with Almond Cashew Protein milk 
  • tsp almond extract
  • blackberries
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • banana 

I make this pudding before bed so it can sit in the fridge all night. Add the chia seeds, milk and almond extract and stir. Let it sit all night in the fridge. The next day add your fruit!
