Saturday Morning Smokey Corned Beef Hash Breakfast

Saturday Morning Smokey Corned Beef Hash Breakfast

It's almost the weekend! Most of my weekends I like to get up before my husband so he can wake up to smelling a delicious breakfast. This Saturday morning smokey corned beef hash is special because it makes your kitchen smell like a comforting and inviting bon fire! How? It calls for one of my favorite seasoning salts that I buy from William Sonoma- Smoked Hickory Sea Salt!

What you'll need:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 can of corned beef- do not get a can that also has hash in it since you'll be making your own hash!
  • 3 eggs- cooked sunny side up
  • 1/4 teaspoon of seasoning salt from Trader Joes- this stuff is excellent on potatoes! If you don't have this, its ok! Your dish will still be delicious
  • 1 teaspoon of Smoked Hickory Sea Salt from William Sonoma- the special ingredient!
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
Let 1 tablespoon of olive oil heat up on low while you cut up your potatoes, onion, and green pepper. Add all of your ingredients to your pan and turn on med heat. Stir around occasionally so potatoes won't burn- add your Smoked Hickory Sea Salt and seasoning salt- stir in. Now it's time to add your can of corned beef. When your potatoes, green peppers, and onions are almost cooked (Very close to being cooked!!) add your olive oil to each spot that your egg will cook- Crack eggs on top of everything. Add a small sprinkle of Hickory Smoked Sea Salt to your eggs- enjoy the bon fire smell in your home! Cover pan while your eggs cook. Once eggs are cooked, you have a cozy, beautiful breakfast to enjoy!

I hope you decide to make this soon! Let me know in the comments what you think, and I would love to see pictures of your dish!
